Common questions
Will you contact my client directly?
Only if you ask us to. By default we work through you: you keep the relationship and the commercial terms, and we appear as your acoustic engineer if and when that helps you.
Do you sell the equipment on our projects?
Not on a partner project. If we are the acoustic engineer, the system and its supply stay yours. We will comment on speaker placement and room integration because that is part of the acoustic design.
Can you work from drawings only, without a site visit?
For a room that hasn't been built, often yes — drawings and construction build-ups are enough to model and design from. For an existing room with problems, a measurement visit is usually worth the time, because it tells us what is actually wrong.
How early should we bring you in?
The earlier, the cheaper. Room proportions, wall build-ups and ceiling heights are decided in the design stage, and those decisions set the acoustic ceiling for everything that follows.
Do you white-label your reports?
Tell us what you need. Reports can carry our name for credibility with the client, or be written for you to present. What we will not do is state results we haven't measured.
Which cities do you work in?
Across India. For projects outside Hyderabad we plan site visits around the stages that need us on site, and do the rest remotely.
